Whether you want a traditional full-time role or a part-time schedule built around your life, we'll shape the position to fit you.
A supportive team environment. Our support staff is dedicated, experienced, and technically skilled, with many team members who have been with us for decades. Their depth of knowledge ensures seamless collaboration, so you can focus on practicing medicine at the highest level.
All the benefits you deserve. We’re committed to supporting your well-being, professional growth, and long-term success through a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan with a 3.5% employer match; generous PTO plus paid CE days; annual CE allowance; full coverage of professional dues, licensing fees, DEA registration, AVMA PLIT, and memberships (AVMA, VIN, etc.); AI-powered medical note-taking software; enhanced parental and medical leave benefits; Employee Assistance Program (EAP); and discounted pet care for your own pets.
Mentorship & growth. Opportunities to strengthen your skills in surgery, dentistry, or exotics, while pursuing your unique interests through CE and professional development.
Partnership opportunities. Through Veterinary Practice Partners (VPP), where more than 200 veterinarians co-own practices across 200 locations, you'll have a pathway to equity and leadership with unmatched operational, marketing, and financial support.
