Pay Range: $145,000 to $178,000/year Where Leadership Meets Compassionate Care Join the Masonic Homes of California as the Director of Nursing for our beautiful, newly constructed skilled nursing facility in Covina. Your Role: As the Director of Nursing, you will ensure the delivery of top-quality care while leading a dedicated nursing team. You will collaborate with residents, families, and staff to create care plans that empower each individual to achieve their highest practical level of well-being.

What We’re Looking For: Experience: Minimum five years of professional nursing experience in long-term care and three years in nursing administration or leadership roles. DON experience preferred. Education: BSN required; RAC-CT certification preferred. Licensure: Current RN license in California. Skills: Strong leadership, business acumen, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in budget management, data analysis, and operational strategy.

Requirements

Candidates must have a BSN, a current California RN license, and at least five years of long-term care experience with three years in leadership. RAC-CT certification and prior DON experience are preferred.
