Key Responsibilities
The Hospital Social Worker performs psychosocial assessments and interventions while coordinating care across the continuum. They collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate safe patient discharges and provide emotional support to patients and families.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work and possess a valid LICSW or LSWAIC license in Washington state. A minimum of three years of hospital or equivalent experience is required.
