About the Role

Charm City Therapy is looking for a passionate and dedicated Clinic Based Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Owings Mills, MD! This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families in a supportive, collaborative clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients using evidence-based physical therapy techniques
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs and goals
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans of care as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other specialists
• Educate and engage families and caregivers in the therapeutic process and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Maryland Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure

Experience in Pediatric Physical Therapy Preferred

• Knowledge of pediatric conditions including developmental delays, neurological disorders, and orthopedic diagnoses
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and families
• CPR/First Aid certification required or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with pediatric populations
