Key Responsibilities

The physical therapist will conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to restore physical and mental functions. They will also provide therapy interventions and supervise assigned assistants while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and possess a valid physical therapy license in the state of practice. Additionally, a valid driver's license and current CPR or BLS certification are required.
