Job description

Tipp City Veterinary Hospital seeks a full-time or part-time, experienced or new grad veterinarian to join our privately owned, award-winning, and AAHA-accredited practice in Tipp City, Ohio. This opening is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team that's continuing to grow, with 104 team members across our campus. TCVH has served the community for over 45 years and works with canines, felines, and companion exotics (small mammals, reptiles, and avians). Compensation & Benefits - TCVH rewards its veterinarians with competitive salaries and benefits packages, including:

Production-elevated compensation with generous base salaries starting between $125,000-145,000 (the average annual compensation for our full-time veterinarians is around $206,000 - working 24-35 hours per week)
Medical, dental, vision, life, long and short-term disability insurance
401(k) with company match
Immediate paid vacation accrual (for full-time, this is equivalent to 14 work days annually, with additional holiday closures on Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year)
$2,500 stipend and up to 4 days of CE leave annually. This is not a hard limit. If there is CE, certification, or training you're interested in that exceeds these limits, let’s talk. We love investing in professional growth!

Key Responsibilities

The Associate Veterinarian will provide high-quality medical care to canines, felines, and companion exotics while maintaining a Fear-Free focus. They will collaborate with a large support team to ensure continuity of care and participate in regular medical protocol meetings.

Requirements

The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates. Candidates must be committed to practicing high-quality medicine and working collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
