Job Description

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CF) – Mentorship, Growth & Work-Life Balance

Claremont, CA | $80,000–$100,000/year | 30–40 Hours/Week | W-2

Love Being an SLP. Love Where You Work.

What if your next SLP job gave you the support, flexibility, and professional growth you've been looking for?

At Justine Sherman & Associates (JSA), we're doing things differently.

We're a clinician-led private practice where SLPs have the opportunity to work with children AND adults, explore clinical specialties, collaborate with experienced therapists, and build meaningful relationships with their clients.

No overwhelming group caseloads. No figuring everything out on your own. No expectation that your workday ends only after you've finished hours of unpaid documentation.

Instead, you'll find individualized one-on-one therapy, built-in paid time for non-treatment responsibilities, mentorship, and a team that genuinely wants you to succeed.

Whether you're a Clinical Fellow looking for a strong start or an experienced SLP ready for something new, we'd love to meet you.

Why You'll Love Working at JSA

A caseload that keeps things interesting.

Work with pediatric and adult clients in a supportive outpatient setting. Develop expertise in areas you love while gaining experience with new populations and clinical specialties.

Time to do your job well.

Your paid schedule includes time for documentation, planning, collaboration, and care coordination. We believe great therapy involves more than the minutes spent face-to-face with clients.

Mentorship that actually happens.

Questions are encouraged. Collaboration is part of our culture. You'll have access to experienced clinicians, clinical supervisors, and ongoing opportunities to learn.

Professional growth without the pressure to know everything.

Interested in voice therapy, cognitive-communication, early intervention, AAC, or another specialty? We encourage clinicians to explore their interests and develop new skills with appropriate training and support.

A team that values your life outside of work.

We believe you can be a dedicated, successful clinician and still have time for yourself, your family, and the things you enjoy.
