Key Responsibilities
The provider will perform comprehensive medical and psychiatric assessments for patients within an addiction treatment continuum. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and manage medication effectiveness.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree or higher and be licensed as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Experience in addiction medicine and familiarity with JCAHO and ASAM standards are preferred.
