Key Responsibilities

The Director will lead the development, implementation, and management of the PMHNP Residency Program, including curriculum design and accreditation efforts. They will also provide mentorship and clinical training to residents to ensure they are prepared for professional practice in pediatric mental health.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree from an accredited nursing program and possess an active PMHNP/APRN license in Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, or Maryland. At least 3 years of pediatric mental health experience and 1 year of leadership or educational experience are required.
