Key Responsibilities

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner provides rapid psychiatric assessment, medication management, and short-term stabilization for individuals in a behavioral health urgent care setting. This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate crisis diversion and ensure effective transitions of care between hospital, crisis, and outpatient services.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master of Science in Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice with psychiatric-mental health board certification. A current Arizona nursing license, DEA registration, and experience in acute psychiatry or crisis stabilization are required.
