Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Technician performs basic patient care activities such as monitoring vital signs and assisting with activities of daily living under the supervision of an RN. They are also responsible for reporting changes in patient conditions and maintaining an orderly environment on the unit.

Requirements

Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate strong critical thinking and judgment skills. Preferred qualifications include six months of relevant experience, Peer Support Specialist training, or a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
