Job description

Full-time Chiropractor (DC)
Memphis, TN (East Memphis, Midtown, Bartlett, Collierville) and Southaven, MS
Practice chiropractic. Skip insurance billing.
We are a locally owned The Joint Chiropractic group—five clinics, first location opened in Memphis in 2013. We have full-time Doctor of Chiropractic openings at our Memphis-area and Southaven clinics. New graduates and experienced DCs are both welcome.
This is a walk-in, membership-based model. You examine, adjust, educate, and document. The front desk runs the lobby. You are not chasing insurance claims or running a practice.

We are a wellness-based practice. The work is routine, affordable chiropractic care—walk-in visits and membership patients who want to feel better and stay that way. This is not a personal injury, workers’ comp, or insurance-based clinic.
Pay
5-day full-time: $75,000 base + monthly performance bonuses. Typical total compensation $84,000–$110,000
4-day schedules may also be available
Weekend shifts include a higher bonus rate
Company-paid malpractice insurance
Bonuses are based on clinic results and shared among the DCs who worked that clinic, by hours worked. Details are explained in the interview.
Benefits
Medical, dental, and vision
Paid holidays
PTO that increases with tenure: 2 weeks to start, 3 weeks at 5 years, 4 weeks at 10 years
Paid lunch break
Schedule
Full-time, 5 days per week (4-day schedules may be available)
Monday–Friday 10am–7pm, closed for lunch 2:00–2:45
Open Saturday and Sunday (shorter hours)
Weekend coverage is required and rotated
The work
Treat walk-in and membership patients—typically up to about 50 visits in a day; a second DC is scheduled when volume runs higher
Consult, examine, and deliver spinal and extremity adjustments
Review histories and imaging when appropriate
Explain care plans in plain language and support an excellent patient experience
Document in the clinic EHR
Work as a team with Wellness Coordinators and other DCs
Our doctors range from one month out of school to 40 years in practice. There is a lot of adjusting, a family-style team, and mentorship if you want it. Our main focus is providing the best patient experience possible.
Requirements
DC degree from a CCE-accredited college
Active TN and/or MS chiropractic license before you treat patients (we can hire you while the license is in process)
NBCE Parts I–IV (SPEC accepted where applicable) and any state-required exams
Eligible for malpractice coverage
Comfortable in a busy walk-in clinic
Authorized to work in the U. S. without sponsorship
Available to start as soon as you are licensed to treat
Nice to have
TN license in hand (most of our volume is in Tennessee)
Willingness to add a Mississippi license if needed
Apply with your resume and a short note on your license status (TN, MS, both, or in process).
