Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The therapist will provide home-based Functional Family Therapy to high-risk youth and their families to reduce violent recidivism. Responsibilities include managing a caseload of up to 12 cases, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with referral sources and the therapy team.

Requirements

A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, education, or a related human service field is required. Candidates should have experience with at-risk youth and evidence-based family therapy practices, with bilingual skills in English and Spanish preferred.
