About the Role

Evening shift, 3 days a week. 12-hour shifts. Work Thurs/Fri/Sat. No nights. Focus on patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connects with new participants, on site or while the participant is incarcerated or hospitalized, to obtain referral information and necessary solutions.
  • Teaches recovery and life skills using recovery tools.
  • Cultivates connectedness in the person’s life (self, others, the environment, and to meaning and purpose).
  • Assesses emergency situations, notifies supervisor of actual or potential challenges, exercises judgment in stressful conditions and responds calmly and quickly.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma Or GED Required Experience Qualifications
  • Healthcare student or comparable work experience in a health care environment. Preferred Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent communication and behavioral management skills that promote safety
  • Basic computer skills
