Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Technician provides direct patient care, advocacy, and support within an inpatient pediatric unit. They also assist with unit operations, clinical documentation, and the implementation of recovery-oriented care plans.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and either healthcare student status or comparable work experience. Required certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS) and the ability to obtain a Safety-Care Specialist certification within 60 days.
