Looking for a great work environment? Simple to complex cases? A chance to make a HUGE impact on an underserved community? Then join us and make a difference at Long Valley Health Center!

We have a unique opportunity for a Dentist to join our team. Our emphasis is on prevention and early access to dental care while providing superb primary dental care. Strong specialty support is available through a well-developed, in-house referral and tracking system. We see children to adults. We have a mix of Denti-Cal, commercial insurance, and private pay patients. Our dental team is made up of Dentists, Hygienists, RDA-EF2, RDAs, and a Treatment Coordinator.

Long Valley Dental Center is part of Long Valley Health Center, a well-established (45+ years) private, non-profit, FQHC community-based Health Center with a wide range of patient base.

LVHC is a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and was the first Health Care Center in the State of CA with a Distinction in Behavioral Health Integration. We have also received the Silver Quality award from HRSA multiple times.

In addition to the Dental Team, we have a Medical Team, a robust Behavioral Health Team, a Chiropractor, an Acupuncturist, and Case Management.

We offer a competitive salary plus an excellent benefits package which includes CME, license renewal, generous PTO (vacation, sick leave, holidays), health insurance (medical, dental, vision), long and short term disability insurance, malpractice coverage, life insurance, Cal Star Life Flight Ambulance Membership, and 403b plan with employer matching.

This outstanding practice opportunity is located in beautiful Laytonville, CA. The community is exactly what you picture a laid-back California town near wine country to be, honest, authentic, and supportive. It is a short drive inland from the Mendocino Coast and from the Anderson Valley wine region.

San Francisco is a 3-hour drive and is an ideal place for outdoor enthusiasts and foodies alike. This area maintains a mild climate with summer daytime temperatures ranging from 75 to 90 degrees.

We would love to connect on what you are looking for in a practice, and what LVHC has to offer. You will love working here!
