The Physician Onboarding Specialist coordinates onboarding activities and oversees pre-employment requirements for new physician hires. This role ensures a seamless onboarding experience by collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
A bachelor's degree and 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in clinical or physician hiring, are required. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with HRIS systems are also necessary.
