Masters-Level Therapist - Associate or Licensed

Key Responsibilities

The therapist will provide assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment planning for pediatric and adult patients in an emergency psychiatric setting. They will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary care teams to deliver ongoing behavioral health support.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a social science field and possess a valid Washington state associate or full license in counseling or marriage and family therapy. At least 6 months of experience in crisis services is required, with hospital or emergency department experience preferred.
