The Senior Mental Health Counselor provides counseling, education, and case management to clients within the Breakthrough intensive outpatient program. Additionally, the role involves providing leadership and mentoring to staff while assisting in the development of program processes and group curriculum.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field and possess an active Alaska clinical license. A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience is required for this position.
