The Crisis Service Technician provides crisis management, information, and follow-up referrals to patients and families in the Emergency Center. They also coordinate with counselors to perform discharge planning for individuals facing psychiatric, chemical addiction, and psychosocial challenges.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related mental health field. Preferred qualifications include one year of experience in psychiatry or chemical dependency and a Nursing Assistant Certification.
