About the Role
Join Providence as a Senior Manager Behavioral Health – Remote in United States. The Providence Health Plan Sr. Manager of Behavioral Health (BH) provides strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for the health plan's Behavioral Health Utilization Management and Care Management programs across all lines of business, including Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educ/experience.
- Active, unrestricted clinical license (e. g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Psychologist, or equivalent behavioral health clinical licensure).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience in behavioral health utilization management, care management, or clinical review within a health plan or managed care setting.
- Working knowledge of behavioral health regulatory requirements across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid lines of business. Preferred Qualifications:
