Join Providence as a Intake Assessment Representative – Outpatient Behavioral Health in Palmer, Alaska. Coordinates the screening and evaluation of patients as to appropriateness for assessment screenings and/or psychiatric diagnostic interviews to the Providence Behavioral Medicine Group. Provides information to other appropriate sources of treatment if unable to assist.
