Key Responsibilities

The Learning Specialist provides specialty-specific education to ensure team members in the Operating Room are safe, efficient, and competent. They develop orientation processes, coordinate unit-specific programs, and participate in quality and safety initiatives to maintain clinical standards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a current Florida RN license. A minimum of 2 years of Cardio OR nursing experience is required, along with BLS certification.
