BJC HealthCare System is hiring a Part-Time OR Advanced Modality Technologist for Barnes Jewish Hospital - Main Floor Plaza West Tower- General Radiology (St. Louis, MO)

Position Details:
Day Shift: 2 days per week – Monday & Wednesday (7:30am-8pm)
Part-Time (24 hour per week) – Benefits eligible!!!
Mainly provide imaging support to operating room procedures & occasional work on the floor, in the ED, or on portables if needed
Work with Carestream, GE, Medtronic, and Samsung equipment
OR Radiologist Technologist
Requirements:
Associate degree or higher in related field
Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography - R. T.(R)
Experience:

Overview

You will be working with an organization on the leading edge of diagnostic radiology. In fact, our radiology department is regarded as one of the top five in the United States, and performs over 453,000 diagnostic imaging examinations annually.
Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose
Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (defined as Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment, and quality control.
Responsibilities
Prepares patient and equipment for procedures.
Performs studies independently, in on-call situations, portable exams, and other site as required by work area.
