Key Responsibilities
The pharmacist will collaborate with the oncology team to provide clinical recommendations, dose adjustments, and supportive care for patients. They are also responsible for interpreting physician orders, dispensing medications, and supervising pharmacy staff in accordance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a B.S. in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE accredited college. Current licensure as a Pharmacist in the practicing state is required, with oncology experience preferred.
