This position offers weekends off, day shifts only. Work with Logan Health in Kalispell, Montana, United States.

Key Responsibilities

The Ambulatory Pharmacist will manage oral oncology treatments, perform medication reconciliation, and monitor patient lab results and adverse effects. They will also collaborate with the specialty pharmacy team and provide clinical expertise to providers and nursing staff.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a PharmD degree and a current Montana State Board of Pharmacy license. Completion of a PGY2 residency in Ambulatory Care or Oncology and BCOP certification are preferred.
