For 25 years, Behavioral Innovations has been a trusted provider of compassionate ABA therapy. Our vision is to be the #1 trusted resource for all individuals with autism. We're looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who shares our passion for creating meaningful change and delivering excellence in care.

Leadership That Understands ABA: Our leadership team includes experienced BCBAs who remain actively involved in clinical direction and decision-making.

Clear Growth Pathways: Whether your goal is senior clinical leadership, center leadership, or mentorship, we provide defined pathways to help you grow intentionally.

Largest center-based provider: With 100+ locations across TX, OK, CO, VA, MD, and NC.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Competitive Salary: Earn between $86,500 - $100,500, reflecting your skills and experience.
  • Paid Time Off: 20 days of PTO plus 7 paid holidays, giving you time to recharge and take care of yourself.

  • Stay, Grow, and Flourish: We offer a $40,000 Retention Bonus Program.
  • Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance if you meet qualifications

Professional Development & Support

Structured BCBA Onboarding: A customized virtual orientation plus 6 weeks of supported ramp-up training designed to set you up for long-term success.

Ongoing Clinical Development: Free internal CEUs, 30+ annual CEU hours, established clinical frameworks, and automated clinical tools that reduce administrative burden.

  • Licensure & Supervision Support: Company-paid BCBA state licensure renewal and 8-hour supervision training.
  • Career Pathways: Clear advancement opportunities with ongoing leadership development for those ready to grow.

Centralized Administrative Support: Dedicated home office teams for intake, hiring, authorizations, billing, and recruiting — so you can focus on clinical quality.

Strong RBT Training Model: Structured RBT onboarding and mentorship, including a Buddy system to promote collaboration and team consistency.
