Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to diagnose movement dysfunctions and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based interventions to restore patient function, reduce pain, and prevent disability.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of experience or a Master's/Doctorate degree from a CAPTE-accredited program. Must hold current State of Michigan licensure and CPR certification.
