Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for residents in a long-term care setting. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver direct patient care and manage care transitions.

Requirements

Requires an active Occupational Therapy license in Washington state and a Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy. Prior experience in geriatric rehabilitation or long-term care settings is preferred.
