Job Description

Speech-Language Pathologist / Clinical Fellow (SLP/CF)

Camarillo, CA | $80,000–$105,000 targeted annual compensation | 30–40 hours/week | W-2

Compensation prorated based on hours worked and experience.

Build your clinical confidence. Explore your interests. Have a team in your corner.

Whether you’re starting your Clinical Fellowship or bringing years of experience, your next role should give you opportunities to grow—and time in your workday to do the work well.

At Justine Sherman & Associates (JSA), you’ll provide individualized, one-on-one therapy in a clinician-led private practice. Our Camarillo team welcomes licensed SLPs and Clinical Fellows who want meaningful client relationships, collaborative colleagues, and opportunities to work with children and adults.

What Makes This Role Worth a Closer Look?

  • Paid time beyond treatment. Your schedule includes paid time for documentation, preparation, care coordination, and collaboration.
  • Mentorship you can use. Talk through challenging cases, ask questions, and get feedback as you develop your skills.
  • Variety and room to grow. Work with pediatric and adult clients, share your clinical interests, and explore new areas with support.
  • A team approach. Collaborate with clinicians who exchange ideas, problem-solve together, and celebrate progress.
  • Resources provided. Company laptop, therapy materials, and 12 CEUs each year.

Starting Your Clinical Fellowship?

You don’t need to arrive with every answer. You do need curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to your clients.

At JSA, mentorship is part of the role. You’ll have support as you strengthen your clinical reasoning, plan treatment, navigate challenging sessions, and build confidence communicating with clients and families.

Already Licensed?

Bring your experience—and your ideas. We value clinicians who want to deepen their expertise, contribute to a collaborative team, and continue learning. Tell us which populations and clinical areas interest you so we can discuss how they align with our Camarillo caseload.

Your Work at JSA

You’ll evaluate and treat clients, develop individualized treatment plans, and help clients and caregivers carry progress into daily life. You’ll also collaborate with colleagues and use your clinical judgment to adjust treatment as needs change.

We value thoughtful decisions, family participation, and meaningful progress toward each client’s goals.
