The Physical Therapist will evaluate and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy for pediatric patients within a home health setting. They are responsible for coordinating patient care, providing clinical treatments, and training caregivers to enhance patient performance.
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy and possess a valid state driver's license and CPR certification. Previous pediatric clinical experience and home health experience are required.
