Key Responsibilities

The Social Worker provides direct clinical support, including psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and individual or group counseling for patients. They also coordinate discharge planning, community resources, and maintain accurate clinical documentation within a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, with a Master’s degree being preferred. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, and experience in behavioral health or addiction recovery settings is considered a strong asset.
