Key Responsibilities
The Clinic Director will lead a team of clinicians to provide high-quality physical therapy and related services while fostering a positive and collaborative clinic culture. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, building community relationships, and ensuring exceptional patient outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and possess a current or eligible physical therapist license in New Jersey. A minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience is required, with preference given to those with outpatient orthopedic and leadership backgrounds.
