Comprehensive Community Behavioral Health Manager

Key Responsibilities

The manager will assist in directing and coordinating divisions within the Office of Behavioral Health to support Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model operations, leveraging national standards for community-based services. Responsibilities include offering project leadership, ensuring alignment with DHHS strategic priorities, executing workplans, writing reports, delivering presentations, and providing functional supervision for staff.

Requirements

A minimum of eight years of combined education and professional experience in social services is required, including two years of related program management experience. Preference is given to candidates experienced in planning, directing, and coordinating behavioral health services for adults, who must also demonstrate expertise in specific competencies like knowledge of behavioral health systems and program evaluation.
