Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will perform evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, and functional independence in their home environment. Requirements
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in acute care, rehab, or homecare and be registered with the Board of Registration in Massachusetts. Proficiency in electronic communication and the ability to work autonomously in a field-based setting are required.
