Key Responsibilities
The Behavioral Health Consultant will develop and implement behavioral treatment plans for children and adolescents in an inpatient psychiatric unit. They are responsible for coaching staff in de-escalation techniques, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, and managing daily service operations.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or a related field. A minimum of one year of direct experience working with individuals exhibiting challenging behaviors such as aggression or self-harm is required.
