Join our team as a PRN Physical Therapist Greenfield Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our exceptional therapy team at a highly respected, comprehensive continuum-of-care senior campus in Union Grove, WI.
Looking for a clinician who is confident in navigating complex patient presentations, fast-paced transitions of care, and interdisciplinary collaboration. You will have the opportunity to practice at the top of your license while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple levels of care.

Requirements
Must hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from an accredited school. Must be licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a physical therapist.
