Key Responsibilities
The Program Therapist provides continuous patient care, supervision, and interaction as an active member of the treatment team. Responsibilities include facilitating group and family therapy, organizing patient activities, and maintaining clinical documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work or a related clinical mental health field and possess a valid state license (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT). At least one year of experience in a psychiatric health care facility is required, along with CPR and CPI certifications.
