Key Responsibilities
Provide patient services delegated by a Registered Physical Therapist and assist in the development of rehabilitative plans of care. Participate in the preparation of clinical progress notes and perform patient assessments in a homecare setting.
Requirements
Must be a graduate of an approved two-year Physical Therapy Assistant program and hold a current state license. Requires a current CPR (BLS) certification and the ability to perform physical assessments and lift up to 30 pounds.
