The Physical Therapist will evaluate and provide therapeutic treatment to children birth to age 5 in home and community settings to improve gross motor skills. They will also collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to develop service plans and provide necessary adaptive equipment.
Candidates must be a registered and licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Indiana with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Experience with pediatric, IDD, DD, or ASD populations is preferred, and the ability to lift 50 pounds is required.
