We’re seeking an experienced CRNA for a full‑time independent contractor assignment, providing anesthesia care across multiple Vail Health facilities. This is a unique opportunity to practice at a high clinical level while living where people vacation.

What You’ll Do
Vail Health operates a 56‑bed state‑of‑the‑art hospital and three outpatient surgery centers across Eagle and Summit Counties. The anesthesia service line supports a high‑acuity orthopedic and spine caseload, including professional athletes, complex reconstructions, and sports medicine cases.
Deliver safe, patient‑centered anesthesia care across a diverse case mix
Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative teams
Practice in a care model with no cardiac or neuro call
Optional OB coverage available for CRNAs with experience (not required)
What You Need
5+ years of CRNA experience
Active Colorado RN license (or compact) and Colorado CRNA certification
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
Proficiency with Microsoft applications and required clinical systems
Important Classification Notice
This role is a 1099 Independent Contractor position and not a W‑2 employee role.
Engagement is full‑time in workload and scheduling
Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, benefits, and insurance

Hourly Pay:
$225—$225 USD

Requirements

Requires at least 5 years of CRNA experience and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field. Must hold an active Colorado RN license, Colorado CRNA certification, and BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
