Key Responsibilities

Evaluates patients to establish occupational therapy prognoses and implement customized treatment plans. Collaborates with care delivery teams and supervises occupational therapy assistants and aides.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy, State of Wisconsin licensure, and Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) certification. BLS certification is required, and at least one year of experience is preferred.
