The Occupational Therapist plans and provides skilled therapy services to clients in their homes according to the Plan of Care. Responsibilities include performing evaluations, establishing treatment goals, and instructing families on home therapy programs.
Candidates must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in Minnesota and a graduate of an AOTA-approved school. At least two years of experience in a health care setting is required, with home care experience preferred.
