Nurse Practitioner - NICU (BCH-CrossBay)

Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner will provide direct inpatient care for critically ill newborns and infants, including physical examinations, diagnostic ordering, and treatment management. They will also coordinate care across the continuum, participating in multidisciplinary rounds and discharge planning to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a master's or doctoral degree from a recognized Nurse Practitioner program with a Neonatal specialization. A minimum of one year of recent experience in a Level III or IV NICU is required, along with active California RN and NP licenses and NNP-BC certification.
