From local one-day assignments to multi-day coverage and nationwide travel, we're seeking skilled, dependable professionals interested in opportunities that align with their availability, licensure, and travel preferences.

Coverage & Travel Opportunities

• Local Coverage: Pick up additional clinical days in your city or surrounding communities.
• Intrastate Travel: Accept assignments in different cities or regions within the state where you're licensed.

Nationwide Travel: Support mobile dental events throughout the country, based on your licensure and availability.

Advance Scheduling: Receive your assignment schedule at least 30 days in advance, giving you time to plan around your existing commitments.

Assignments depend on operational needs, location, qualifications, and availability. Recurring work is not guaranteed.

Position Overview

We're seeking clinically confident, adaptable General Dentists who can deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced mobile environment.

This is not a traditional dental office setting. Clinical days may be demanding, schedules may vary, and efficient patient flow is essential. We're looking for professionals who can embrace these challenges without compromising clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Provide restorative dental services, including fillings and same-day crowns.
• Perform extractions and other general dentistry procedures within clinical competency.
• Perform anterior root canal therapy when comfortable and clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and field operations teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic patient records.
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and applicable state dental regulations.
• Deliver compassionate, efficient, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

Required

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.

Active, unrestricted dental license in at least one U.S. state.

• Current professional liability insurance.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong diagnostic, restorative, and treatment-planning skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Excellent communication skills, dependability, and adaptability.

Preferred

• Active dental licenses in multiple states. (Not Required)
• Experience in high-volume general dentistry.
• Proficiency in same-day treatment.
• Previous mobile dentistry or community healthcare experience.
• Mobile dentistry experience is not required.
