Key Responsibilities
The pharmacist will safely and accurately fill prescriptions while providing clinical services such as immunizations to patients. They are also responsible for mentoring pharmacy technicians and maintaining pharmacy operations in the absence of the pharmacist in charge.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science or Doctorate of Pharmacy degree and be licensed in the state of practice. A certification as an immunization pharmacist and experience in retail or community pharmacy settings are required.
