Key Responsibilities
The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for safely filling prescriptions, providing patient consultations, and performing clinical services such as immunizations. They also mentor pharmacy technicians and ensure the pharmacy operates in compliance with state and federal laws.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science degree or a Doctorate of Pharmacy and be a licensed pharmacist in the state of Michigan. Additionally, they must be a certified immunization pharmacist with experience in a retail or community practice setting.
