Key Responsibilities

The pharmacist will validate and optimize medication orders while overseeing the compounding of specialized sterile and non-sterile medications. They will also participate in interdisciplinary rounds and provide patient consultations to ensure safe and effective medication therapy.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy and possess a valid pharmacist credential from the Wisconsin Pharmacy Examining Board. The role requires the ability to work a specific 7/70 schedule including weekends and holidays.
