We are seeking per diem CRNA’s for a great opportunity at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center! Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center (NFMMC) is located in Niagara Falls, New York, serving patients from all across Buffalo-Niagara, Western New York, Ontario and beyond. NFMMC is Niagara’s leader in cardiovascular, women’s health care, bariatric weight loss and primary care.

The Medical Center offers a full range of medical, surgical, rehabilitation, and laboratory and imaging services in the Niagara Falls, NY campus as well as its outpatient facilities. Our physicians work collaboratively with nurse anesthetists in a care team model.

Total Rewards

Hourly Rate: W2 Per Diem: $195/hr / 1099: $200/hr

Case Assignments

• Schedule: The CRNA position is a daytime-only position. Per-diem positions are on an as-needed basis.
• General and vascular surgery, gastrointestinal and colorectal cases, orthopedic, neurology & spine, gynecology, urology, and plastics.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements

• Current license as a registered professional nurse
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists

Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, Per Diem- $195/hour (W-2) / $210/hour (1099)
