Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Technician provides direct patient care and facilitates a therapeutic milieu under the direction of clinical staff. They are responsible for maintaining patient safety, documenting care, and managing behavioral crises on the unit.

Requirements

Candidates must possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and demonstrate proficiency in patient care and communication. Preferred qualifications include experience in psychiatric care and post-high school education in social work, psychology, or a related health field.
